Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Forthmatch 3PL-performance monitoring app for Shopify. By installing or using Forthmatch, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service

Forthmatch uses a connected store's order and fulfilment records to monitor fulfilment speed, SLA compliance, damage rate, and on-time shipping for the merchant's existing 3PL. It is not a 3PL and does not run warehouse operations.

2. Accounts and Access

You need a valid Shopify store and must approve the permissions requested during installation. You are responsible for setting suitable performance expectations and for decisions made in your relationship with a 3PL.

3. Price

The current Forthmatch monitoring app is free. No paid report, RFP, or pay-per-use feature is included in these Terms unless a separate offer is shown to and accepted by you.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit unlawful or deceptive material, infringe another person's rights, or use the service for an unlawful purpose.

5. Intellectual Property

Forthmatch's original software, site content, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You retain rights in data and material you lawfully supply and grant the limited permission needed to operate the service you request.

6. Product-specific Responsibility

Forthmatch reports are monitoring and decision-support outputs. They do not guarantee a 3PL's performance, replace your contract or audit rights, or determine whether a 3PL has legally met its obligations.

7. Service Disclaimer and Liability

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

8. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using Forthmatch by uninstalling it through Shopify. We may restrict or suspend access when these Terms are violated, security is at risk, or restriction is required by law.

9. Changes and Contact
